Rehab exercises for the lower back
At one time or the other most of us will experience lower back pain in our lives in varying degrees. I often get asked by students what the best exercises are for an injured back which is why I created this video. The first step in healing is to lay off the sport, activity or culprit that caused the pain. The second step is to do these stretch and strengthening exercises to facilitate healing so that you can resume your normal activities and favorite sports. As always, check with your health care provider before doing any of these exercises to make sure they are the correct ones for your injury.
