Flow for digestive health
Some call the "gut" the second brain as so many maladies are due to digestive disorders. Certainly diet and nutrition play a role, but I will be addressing the wonderful benefits of yoga and Pilates for digestive health in this 30 minute flow class. We will start with the breath as that is one of the keys to calming down our nervous system which facilitates relaxation of the gut. We will move into specific poses in both yoga and Pilates that will aid in having a healthy gut!
