As we come into the fall and winter months and spend more time inside, our immune systems can start to be compromised. This 30 minute workout will boost our lymphatic system or as I like to call it, the waste management system.
With gravity poses like downward dog and forward fold, inversion poses like legs up the wall, twisting poses to revitalize the spine and mat work to move the arms and legs, we can keep our immune system healthy and happy! And, it is a great flow you can do everyday!
