Virtual Ride - Triathlon Training Winter 2017 - "Ups & Downs" (Class No. 11)
A bike workout to be completed on trainers or stationary bikes. "Ups and Downs" involves a nice long progressive warm-up followed by a series of "uphills" (climbs) alternating with quicker surges or "downhills" (high cadence spins). There's the suggestion to run for 10-15 minutes post-bike so have your runners ready if you're going to take that option. Enjoy!
