Virtual Ride - Triathlon Training Winter 2017 - "Fighting a Downhill Battle" (Class No. 4)_MISSING COOL DOWN AND CORE
While the intervals in this class get progressively shorter, as the title suggests, it's not an easy downhill ride. We'll work on a long climb, throw in a shorter tabata set and some sprints, and even a cadence breaker for good measure. Be sure to hydrate... and enjoy the ride! **NOTE: There was a powhow issue with the recording and it cut out the last 10-15 minutes of the workout (cool down and core). It literally cuts out during the last second of the last interval.Please do at least 5-10 minutes cool down after before you hop off your bike. And bonus points if you do core too!**
