Virtual Ride - Triathlon Training Winter 2017 - "BRICK: Bike/Run" (Class No. 12)
This workout is a Bike/Run "BRICK". Some say they call them "Brick" workouts because it feels like there are bricks in your legs when you run after cycling. I like to think of it as we're building our strength, fitness, and stamina one brick at a time. Help to lay a stronger foundation for yourself with this workout! You'll need your runners and you can either run outside or on a treadmill. You'll pause the workout when you run so total workout time is actually just over an hour. If you choose not to run, you can do a shorter cycle class (50 min).
