Pilates for Strength, Recovery and Injury Prevention - On the Dock (Class No. 14)
Join Coach Carly on her dock at the lake for a full body Pilates class. Beginner options are available but this class is also challenging for anyone with experience from previous classes ready for a full body workout. Note: While sound is great the visual is just slightly behind (lake internet!). On the plus side the movements are slowed down a touch which helps to accentuate technique. Those with experience with the movements will likely not notice at all. If it's your first class, try an earlier number before getting to this one. Enjoy the beautiful lake wave and bird sounds in this feel good class!
