Pilates for Strength, Recovery and Injury Prevention - First Progressive Class (Class No. 3)
This will be the first of a series of Pilates classes that start to progress and build on one another. We'll work core, breathing, stretch, and strengthen. Each week I'll start to add a new exercise or more advanced version of previous exercise.
