5 Minute Core Routine
This quick 5 minute routine is directed primarily at Transition Sport & Fitness athletes or exercises. Whether you're a triathlete, runner, exerciser, or family fitness participant, this is a great supplement to your training. I encourage you to try this routine (or one like it) about 3 times a week (spaced out on alternating days). A strong core will benefit your athletic performance, your exercise abilities, and your quality of life in a variety of areas. Enjoy!
