Upper Intermediate / Lower Advanced - Pilates Mat
This class contains a lot of the classic mat routine's advanced exercises like an advanced abdominal series, a good set of bridging for glute strengthening, hip circles, swan dive, neck pull, both an upward plank and a downward plank, kneeling side kicks, and it ends with a standing balance exercise. A couple modifications are given, but if you can't do exercises like Teaser, if you are working on the Roll Up, or if your low back is susceptible, this may not be the best routine for you. It should be a good challenge, and still feel safe! Have fun!
