This class starts with about 10 minutes of thoracic (mid-back) openers. Really important to keep your thoracic spine moving, especially if you have a shoulder/neck issue, or a low back issue. **Use the first 10 minutes of this class as a daily routine to open up! The rest of the class follows my typical favorites, hitting the abs, side body, and back strengthening.
