Pilates Mat Fundamentals -- No props (one time purchase, watch any time you log in)
There was a heavy focus on cueing, and helping you understand where to pull from / where to push from, and where you should be "feeling" the exercise. Great class for those new to Pilates, or those who want a deeper understanding of proper form. We started with standing balance exercises (chest expansion), then some hip flexor stretching and hamstring stretching before getting into the abdominal work. A modified side plank was done for side kicks. Class ended with the same standing balance exercises with which we started. 32 minutes in length.
