Opening up the abdominal wall with some early stretches, and strengthening the back first allows you to recruit your abdominals more effectively in the latter part of this class. This class starts with 6 extension exercises that all use the Triadball (on your stomach, working back strengthening) as opposed to the classical order which calls for abdominals first. So play around with this reversed order and see if your back likes it!
