Pilates Mat - Extension First, No props
This class started with our typical hip openers, but then did the mat routine in the reverse order, so we started with back strengthening and then turned over and did core and sides. It's similar to one of the Triadball routines that says "extension first" but doesn't use any props so a great choice if you don't have a ball.
