Pilates Mat Class - Magic Circle 2 (one time purchase, watch any time you log in)
This class moved at a quicker pace, and we used the Magic Circle for all the exercises with the exception of two. The focus of the class was using the circle on the inside versus outside of the ankles (inner vs. outer thigh work), and also played with internal and external hip rotation while using the circle. We did a couple advanced versions of side kicks with the arm using the circle instead of the leg. We did scissors and lower leg lifting on side kicks, two advanced variations.
