Want Joe Pilates to be able to stand on your core? : ) The Magic Circle intensifies the work a little. There's a little focus on hip external and internal rotation throughout the class. This particular routine starts (and ends) with some hip openings, then goes into abdominal work. We do Corkscrew, some triceps on the Double Leg Kicks, and an extended side kick series with the Magic Circle. 3 Teaser progressions are done, and the class ends with Seal coming into standing. Class is 34 minutes in length.
