This is a great class -- action packed! We squeezed a LOT in. This class has a couple variations including: rolling up and down while doing some of the abdominal series (great prep for working on that teaser!). A half-kneeling side plank is done for the side kick series with a focus on obliques, there's a great mid-back strengthening exercise done after child's pose. We do a set of all-fours butt-busters with a set of push ups, and class ends with the exercise neck pull (but don't pull on your neck!), hip flexor stretches, and some standing balance.
