Pilates Mat Class - Extra Spine Twists/Hip Openers
This class doesn't use any props, and we did a couple lying down and kneeling spine twists and side bends. We also did some dynamic hip stretching mixed in with the regular routine, a decent back extension set (heel beats and swimming), standing saw, and kneeling side kicks --> mermaid. Overall, a good pace and a handful of exercises that I don't believe are offered in other classes. Have fun!
