Pilates Cardio Challenge with Kurt Gorrell
Use the first 8 minutes of this class as your morning warm up, or your pre-game stretch! The whole body gets warmed up early on with some safe, delicious spine, hip and shoulder openings. Then we've got 3 rounds of 30 seconds each: 1.) scissor jumps, 2.) up-up-down-down planks, 3.) jump-jump-SQUAT, and 4.) X-abdominals. Class ends with the classic Pilates abdominal series, and there's a 7 minute cool down. This class felt great!
