Kurt Gorrell Mat Class -- Triadball and Magic Circle (one time purchase, watch any time you log in)
This class is a deliberate pace, which will allow a newer participant a safe class to experiment with, yet will definitely challenge the experienced mover to deepen into the core and work the holds! Much of the class utilizes the Triadball. There are no rests on the abdominal series, and some "advanced" level exercises are done at a conservative pace, like Teaser. There is a scapular stabilization set done on all 4s position, and class ends with quite a few nice hip openers using the Magic Circle.
