Foam Roller Pilates Mat Class
Yummmy. This class uses the foam roller for most exercises. We start with spinal and hip opening on the roller, some balance exercises on it, and then we get into the abdominal work. There's some hamstring stretching and strengthening, a set of extensions with the roller, regular plank on the roller, and side kick side planks. Class ends with Rolling like a Ball, Open Leg Rocker and hip flexor stretches. 35 minutes of action packed foam roller goodness!
