Dynamic Pilates Mat
Here are some exercises you should be doing before that run, or before that bike ride! This class doesn't use any props, and we added in some dynamic stretching techniques that intensified the workout, including a new hip opener, a good prep for the Roll Up, some major twists on Rolling like a Ball, and some great spirals for the spine. This routine felt like we just MOVED the whole time, we incorporated more whole-body stretching patterns that included some active lunge stretches, and and there was even a guest appearance by my adorable 5 year old ; )
