Classic Advanced Mat (one time purchase, watch any time you log in)
This follows the classical advanced order from my original training. This is the workout you ultimately want to work toward being able to do. There aren't as many specific cues during this class. It's geared toward those who know the work and want to follow a flowing workout that has minimal down time, and a little quicker pace. We start with a few hip openers, and then get right into the classic order. There are multiple exercises that involve rolling overhead. Class ends with seal, coming up into standing, and then three sets of push ups. Class is 39 minutes in length.
