Kurt has done it again! This class will really get your heart rate up! Class starts with some progressions that get you warmed up, then after a 1-minute break, the fun stuff starts! The challenging sequence in this class was Back Lunges, followed by Dive-Bomb push ups, side planks with twists, and jumping jacks. Modifications are given for almost all the exercises, so you have plenty of options to keep moving in a safe way for your body! Have fun : ) Total workout time was 41 minutes.
