Cardio Challenge -- 5 exercises, 3 rounds of each
Okay, this class is a keeper! We start with the usual light cardio warm ups and stretches, followed by some floor work to warm up your core, back, and hips. Then the cardio series is the following exercises, done for 30 seconds each, 3 rounds total. 1.) Side lunges. 2.) Plank Jacks (like jumping jacks in a plank…say what?!). 3.) Prisoner Squats…oh yeah. 4.) Planks rocking side to side. 5.) Tuck Ups (abdominal work). In short, this class provides a great balance of muscle groups -- give it a shot!
