Arm workout -- Mat Class with 1, 2, or 3# Weights
Hello arms! This class follows a typical Mat Class order, but almost all the exercises use hand weights. You can use either 1, 2, or 3 pound weights for this class. There are some great triceps variations on saw, and in prone. There are some exercises from the Classic Advanced Mat, like Kneeling Side Kicks, and Leg Pull Up and Down (upward and downward facing planks). Have fun!
