Yoga Nidra Practice
Yoga Nidra is a profound technique to take you inward to heal emotions, release deeper tensions, to stimulate inner awareness and images, to heal and bring Light into every cell. You will be taken on a journey through each specific body part to relax, heal and bring in Light. We learn in Yoga Nidra that we are not our emotions, are not a body, and are not an object. We are consciousness and can choose our feelings at any moment. You will learn to see yourself as you become the Witness or Observer, your Higher Self. Lucid dreams and improved memory are also benefits.
