Belly Dance Level I - February 8, 2017 - Forward and Reverse Pelvic Undulation
This week’s belly dance movement: FORWARD AND REVERSE PELVIC UNDULATION! Sahira begins the class with a warm up and then we’ll learn the basic isolations used to create our move du jour. We then drill the muscles to strengthen and create strong and accurate movement. After that, we layer arms, traveling steps, and turns. We end class dancing with our new moves! The class is designed for a beginner level dancer, but all levels are welcome!
