Ready for a different kind of workout that works strength, endurance, and cardio at the same time and may have wellness benefits for your immune system as well? T-Fit is a short three-part workout--you can do one, two, or all three parts! If you have a personal trampoline, you can follow along with this video--but if you do not have a personal trampoline, you can also do the motions without a trampoline and receive benefit.
Please wear supportive athletic shoes and layered clothing that is securely in place. Have water available to drink, and be ready for FUN!
