Pyramid Challenge100 is a special combination of strength and cardio that is sure to get your heart rate up and show you almost immediate results! This is a 20-minute version of the intense 100 workout--be sure that you are warmed up before jumping into this, and definitely go at your own pace. If you cannot get to 100 on every set, that is okay--do as much as you can do, and repeat the workout until you can reach the 100 mark. If you do not have weights at home, you can still do the workout with cans of soup or just do the motions without weights. Enjoy!
