New Years Day 2016 Workout
If you missed our live 90-minute New Year's Day workout, no worries! Here it is in its entirety! Featuring segments of cardio kickboxing, stick boxing, interval training, cardio dance, and some core work, this workout has something for everyone--including some silliness towards the end as everyone in class was getting "punchy"--get it? Punchy? Cardio kickboxing? That's the type of humor in this video! Anyway, despite the corny jokes and the silly people in the live studio, you will get an amazing workout if you do this on your own. Do as much or as little as you like. You can use a broom for a stick.
