Lower Body and Core Strength 072914
If you love our in-person "Pyramid Group Strength" class, we invite you to try the virtual lower body and core strength challenge. This class is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers. You can do this class without weights for a more endurance-based workout, or you can use one set of simple hand weights to get more of a strength challenge. (Don't have weights at home? Try different things you have around your home like cans of soup, gallons of water, etc.) Or do it without weights. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and drink a lot of water before, during, and after this class.
