Jump Start Fitness Extreme 121315
In this installment of Jump Start, participants will experience an interval class featuring cardio kickboxing mixed with one-minute interval challenges (6 in a row), some weights for shoulders and biceps, and some core work.
As always, this class can be easily modified for all fitness levels, but as is, it is a fairly intense full-body workout.
Participants can complete this workout without a jump rope by doing the motions without the rope.
Be sure to hydrate well for this one!
