This one is not for the faint of heart! If you want a very effective workout, this 45-minute blast combines cardio and strength in a dynamic interval format. You can use props--a jump rope, a step, a band, and some hand weights--or you can do the entire workout without props--just going through the motions presented in the video. Eat something first, drink lots of water before, during, and after, and have fun! :)
