This edition of Jump Start includes the 20-minute Pyramid Challenge100 embedded within...during the challenge, do as much as you can do--if you can reach 100 of each exercise, do it, but if you cannot, make it a goal for the future. Remember--you can still do this class even if you do not have the props that we use (weights, a step, and a jump rope). This one is a bit intense, so pace yourself and have fun!
