Group Strength One Minute Intervals 081715
In this installment of Group Strength, participants will get a full-body workout in just over a half hour that utilizes one minute intervals to target each area. You can do this workout with light weights to focus more on cardio and endurance, or you can do it with heavier weights to build strength--knowing, of course, that you may not be able to do a whole minute of each exercise. As always, go at your own pace and be sure to stretch! :) Enjoy!
