This is a very efficient 30-minute strength and endurance-building routine that will target your entire body, including upper, lower, and core. Do this workout with no or light weights to work on endurance, or add heavy weights to build strength. The participants in the studio were especially rowdy. Must've been the music. Nothing like the Twist, Macarena, the Chicken Dance, YMCA, and the Hustle to get your blood pumping! Enjoy!
