For this installment of Group Strength, we visit the beautiful Cairo Club at Pyramid complete this workout, you just need one pair of moderate weights...and if you do not have weights at home, you can still do this workout by using cans of soup or by making your own resistance. Be sure to drink plenty of water! And be sure to consider good form--if the exercise is difficult to do with good form, please reduce your weights until you can complete the exercise with good form. This workout is great for total body conditioning and builds muscular strength and endurance. Enjoy!
