In this edition of Group Strength, we use a combination of weights, exercise bands, and the body's own natural resistance to build strength and increase endurance. If you do not have weights or bands at home, you can still do the exercises by making your own resistance--tightening the muscles as you do each exercise, or even holding on to cans of soup. This class was designed to be done twice--once leading with one side, and then 2-3 days later leading with the other side.
