Another installment of Group Strength. For this workout, you will need a set of hand weights (perhaps 2 sets for variable resistance and an exercise band. However, if you do not have access to these, you can still do this workout, substituting cans of soup--or, you can do the motions by creating your own resistance in your body. However you do it, this workout is sure to make you feel GREAT! Enjoy! And drink lots of water! :)
