The energy in the Ballroom Studio was INTENSE as everyone in the live classroom worked incredibly hard. Here is the same workout, but you can do it from the comfort of your own home--or anywhere! Take it at your own pace...do the whole thing or just start with a few minutes and work your way up. This class includes fat-burning cardio kickboxing punches, kicks, and blocks, interspersed with extreme fitness intervals and the "one" challenges--short bursts of activity including one burpee, one push-up, one jumping jack, one big hop, etc. alternating with jogging. As challenging as you want it to be!
