Cardio Kickboxing Fusion 021115
This workout is a blend of Pyramid Extreme Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, and Cardio Stick Kickboxing. (The only prop that is necessary is a long stick, such as a broom stick or walking stick if you do not have a combat stick.) Go at your own pace! This one is has some challenging moments! Sorry--the people in the studio were eating chocolate. :)
