This class focuses on how to hold your poi properly, tips on how to move your arms and finger placements. We do 4 different "breaks"
#1 Multiple spins by the hips and by the head
#2 Multiple spins by the hips and one by the head
#3 Crossover combine with low spins and high spins
#4 Crossover combine with high spin and low spins
We also go over footwork to get the student used to doing footwork and hand motions with poi at the same time.
