Yin Yoga Kidney Sequence-Seated Practice suitable for all levels
PROPS: Yoga block, a blanket, a bolster or Pillow if you have one. Yin Yoga is an opportunity to sit, be still, relax the muscles and allow the body to open. The focus of any Yin Practice is the dense connective tissue, to strengthen, open and increase mobility at the joints and connective sites. In our Yin Practice we come into a shape (the pose), find the first appropriate edge of resistance, relax the muscles and stay there for longer periods of time than our flowing practice. This Kidney Meridian sequence will balance out the body and release the kidney line in the body.
