Lower Body Yin Yoga
Props: In this video I use a blanket, a pillow and a small step stool, You can use blocks, blanket Bolster or any combination.
Enjoy a deep stretch and relaxing practice of Yin to open the lower body. Yin is not an easy practice of Yoga, but it is seated and gentle to the muscles. A great opportunity to open the hips, legs and low back.
