Early Morning Vinyasa - Class No. 6
If you are looking for a sweaty flow you just found it. This 45 minute practice is designed to build heat quickly, wake the body up while creating stability and mobility. A little core work, a lot of flow and of course this sessions includes the "dance" so be ready. Also we end with Gomukasana arms so a strap might be helpful.
