Early Morning Vinyasa - Class No. 4 (take 2)
This fiery class incorporated my Pilates roots, with lots of fun yoga flow. Get ready to work the core and break a sweat. Fire is a good element to start the day with when the summer mornings are feeling more life fall. having a block or a wall (or chair) to grab onto might help during one of the flow sequences! :) And even "the dance" made an appearance today!!
