Weight Training With A Chair with Raquel Gronski 12/23/14
In this class you will take a normal chair and combine it with a 5lb weight or Kettle bell. We used a kettle bell. What a great workout for you whole body! Shift between the chair for lower body and the kettle bell or weight for upper.
Lots of Endurance gained in this class and the ab part is to die for!!! We don't mess around here and use plenty of creativity and reps to keep the energy flowing!
