We took Bands and Step360's and made one heck of an all over body workout! You can use a step at home or even do these moves on the floor. Take a band, we used REP bands, and a mat. Lots of cardio to keep that heart rate up and plenty of good band moves to strengthen and lengthen your body! I love FEEDBACK, please message me with any questions or comments!
