The New Year is Here and this is the first video of 2017, a ton of great moves on the chair for you to use, I always put a mat on the chair for extra comfort and used one 5 pound kettle bell or just any 5 pound weight will work. Make sure your on an area with traction. We worked everything and did not sit on the floor for this workout! This is a more advanced workout, but I think anyone can do it of you have the desire to learn. Have fun! See you at the next workout!
